Never assume that I don’t hold faith because my faith doesn’t match yours. Rhetoric like that presumes you can’t be Christian or be of faith and be supportive of LGBT people.
In my experience with my Christian friends and family, is that they see the life and words of Jesus as an example to give and extend love and support. And love and support has no beginning and no end – it doesn’t exclude anyone. Labels are for jars. Reflecting love is for everyone…

Faith and spirituality do not mean the same thing as the labels we often append. I agree with Kathy: beautifully said. The people who scare me most are the ones who believe that their own beliefs are the only ones possible, the only “right” ones. Surely there is room in such a vast universe for as many perspectives as there are many of us. Happy Thanksgiving, and much love to you both. xo

I look at people and see the person, not their sexual preference.
Society needs to recognize and embrace that we are as God created us (however you define Him) and stop labeling people.
We are Love. And that is all that really matters..
